强直性脊柱炎患者的生存质量及其影响因素

The quality of life of patients with ankylosing spondyliti and its influential factots

目的了解强直性脊柱炎（As）患者生存质量（QOL）的现状，探讨影响QOL的因素。方法采用中文版SF-36量表对120例AS患者进行调查。结果AS患者QOL各维度评分均较低，总体健康状况、躯体疼痛、躯体功能及社会功能等8个维度均被纳入影响AS患者QOL的因素。结论护理人员应针对AS患者的影响因素，积极采取护理干预措施，以提高其生存质量。

Objective To learn the quality of life （QOL） of patients with ankylosing spondyliti （AS） and its influential factots. Methods A total of 120 patients with AS were investigated with MOS Short-Form 36- Item Health Survey （SF-36） all data were analyzed by SPSS. Results All dimensions of QOL scores for AS patients were relatively lower, eight dimension in terms of the overall health status, physical pain, body function and social function, were all factors influencing QOL of AS patients. Conclusions The nurses should take active measures according to influential factors to improve the QOL of AS patients.
