成人糖尿病患者自我保健能力评价量表信度和效度的研究

Study on the reliability and validity of self-care ability assessment scalel for adult patients with diabetes

目的探讨糖尿病患者自评量表在我国糖尿病人群中的适用性。方法采用日本富山医科药科大学吉野百合子开发的《糖尿病患者自我保健能力评价量表》，对93例糖尿病患者进行调查，对量表用于我国人群时的信度和效度进行验证性研究。结果量表的总体信度为0．8495，各条目的得分与其所属因子领域得分的相关系数0．7以上，且相关有统计学意义。结论量表在我国使用也具有较高的信度和良好的内容效度、结构效度。

Objective To study the reliability and validity of self-care ability assessment sealel for adult patients with diabetes. Methods One hundred patients with diabetes were investigated with the diabetes seff-care ability evaluation scale which was developed by 吉野百合子： in Japanese medical pharmaceutical university, the reliability and validity of the scale was studied which can apply for Chinese. Results The overall reliability of the scale was 0. 849 5, the correlation coefficient of each item score and their subordinate factor scores was above 0.7, with a statistical significance. Conclusions The scale also has high reliability and good content validity, structural validity for chinese.
