Review of Townsfolk Sense of Community Organization Research

社区组织意识是社区成员与社区组织在共同生活中形成的的精神联结,体现为对社区组织的认知、情感和行为意愿。文章对社区组织意识概念、状况和影响因素进行了论述,并提出社区组织意识研究存在的不足,及对未来研究的展望。

Abstract： Sense of Community Orgariization is a kind of psychological connection that emerged in the life between metribers of Community and Community Organization. It reflects members＇ cognition, affections and will for community organization. This paper includes the concept of Sense of Community Organization, state, influence factor and the present research deficiency. We also look into the future research of the sense of community organization.
