慢性盆腔痛的诊断与治疗

摘要 慢性盆腔痛被定义为持续时间超过6个月的疼痛，局限于盆腔，且疼痛严重到引起功能失调或需要医疗干预。其发病率在不同地区和人群中差别很大。2006年WHO的一项荟萃分析显示非周期性慢性盆腔痛的发病率为2．1％～24％。慢性盆腔痛的起因常不明显，也不伴有发热、白细胞增多等炎症或感染的体征，它以生理、情绪和行为反应为特点，常伴有焦虑和抑郁，可影响其婚姻、社会和职业生活。
