间质性膀胱炎的诊断和治疗 被引量：2

摘要 间质性膀胱炎（interstitial cystitis，IC）是一种以尿急、尿频、夜尿增多、膀胱或盆腔区疼痛不适为典型表现的症状综合征，其病因和发病机制仍不清楚，尚无明确诊断标准，治疗也无有效的方法。许多患者在诊断过程中被延误，诊断明确后无法得到有效的治疗，各种不适症状严重影响了IC患者的生活质量。1987年美国国家糖尿病、消化和肾脏疾病研究会（NIDDK）制定了IC的实验诊断标准（表1），但该诊断标准过于严格，临床诊断的患者有60％均不能达到其诊断标准。因此NIDDK的诊断标准主要应用于实验研究，并不适合临床上的实际应用。
