摘要 为防止煤矿井下瓦斯煤尘爆炸,研制无电源触发式抑爆装置。在地下试验巷道中进行的瓦斯煤尘爆炸抑爆试验表明,无电源触发式抑爆装置能在距爆源45m内扑灭火焰,抑制爆炸。该装置能现场使用、维护方便、成本低,可在较近距离抑制爆炸传播,结合了被动、自动隔抑爆装置的优点,比现有技术有更好的推广应用前景。 This paper is to present our work with the power-free trigger explosion suppressor that is designated for mine safety control as a piece of equipment to be fixed at a mining working face to stop the spread of gas and dust explosion in the mine. The equipment is composed of detector, trigger and sprayer. For convenience, the detector is usually set up at a dangerous spot where explosion is most likely to happen. The detector should be highly sensitive to give instant respense even to a minor explosion flame. It should be able to convert an analog signal to a digital one from a flame into an electrical signal. The signal transmitter can then transmit it to the trigger which is to trigger the sprayers sprinkling water. At this moment, a water spray region would be formed immediately before the explosion flame. When the water spray touches the flame enough, the energy from the flame would be absorbed to extinguish the flame. In this way, the spread of the gas and dust explosion in the mine is expected to get stopped. In accordance with our experiment, the gas and dust explosion can be stopped by the suppressor in the underground testing lane. Furthermore, it is also possible to put out the flame within the reach of 45 m from the suppressor to the explosion source. Thus, it can be concluded that the power-free trigger explosion suppressor we propose here is low-cost, convenient in use and easy to maintain. Thus, it can be said that the equipment has integrated the advantages of passive and automatic explosion suppressor, which helps to promote the wider use of the current flame and explosion extinguishing technology.
