摘要
目的:将改良Twinblock矫治器与多曲方丝弓技术联合以矫治早期骨性Ⅱ类错[牙合],评价其对软硬组织的改变。方法:对21例11-15岁下颌发育不足为主的骨性安氏Ⅱ1错患者设计双期矫治,给予改良Twinblock功能矫治和多曲方丝弓技术治疗,调整咬合关系至正常后,给予保持。结果:治疗后正、侧面轮廓明显改善,前牙覆[牙合]、覆盖正常,磨牙关系为Ⅰ类,头影测量下颌骨的变化显著,矢状关系改善。结论:对下颌后缩型Ⅱ类错[牙合],一期改良Twinblock治疗可纠正骨骼矢状关系不调,创造良好的生长环境,二期采用多曲方丝弓技术治疗,对牙位及咬合关系精细调整,矫治效果显著。
Objective:To investigate the soft and hard tissue changes caused by Class Ⅱ malocclusion correction in the patients treated with with the modified twinblock and multiloop edgewise arch wire (MEAW)teehnology. Methods: The standard Twinblock appliance was modified by changing the retainer. 21 patients aged 11-15 yeas old(average12.8 years)with skeletal Ⅱ malocclusion were treated with twinblock and MEAW technology in two-stage treatment. Results: After two stage orthodontic treatment ,the appearance and profile were improved evidently,the overjet and overbite were normal,molars relationship was corrected to Class Ⅱ,mandibular development was remarkable improved. Conclusions: Twinblock treatment can creat a good environment for the mandible growth to patients with retrusive mandible. The MEAW treatment can align individual teeth and correct the interdigitation exactly.
