本文从二连浩特城网需求出发,给出配电自动化的功能规划和逐步实施计划;进一步给出了通信等技术问题的解决方案和实用化考虑;给出了系统详尽的接线;最后,给出了系统八年来运行结果。

This paper shows the DAS plan according to need of Erlianhaote City distributed net. How to treat the technical and realizable questions is given. The DAS is illustrated by diagrams. Operation results up to eight years are shown at the last.
