摘要 在复合钻井作业过程中,常因旁通阀刺漏而造成螺杆钻具马达失效及钻头泥包,严重影响钻进作业。本文结合螺杆钻具旁通阀工作原理及现场实例,分析了旁通阀刺漏造成的原因、造成的危害等,并提出了预防措施。 In combined drilling technology, it often occurs that the speed of motor lowers and the bit balls up. It is often caused by bypass valve failure and impedes seriously normal drilling process. Combining with the mechanics of bypass valve and its practice ,the reason of the bypass valve failure is analyzed and preventing measure is presented.
