摘要 CDX2是一种新发现的肠道上皮细胞特异性核转录因子,在调节肠道基因表达与肠道发育及对肠道上皮细胞分化、增殖方面具有重要调节作用。笔者就有关CDX2的研究进展作一综述。 CDX2 is a recently found nuclear transcription factor, which is specifically expressed in intestinal cells. CDX2 is involved in the regulation of intestine specific genes, it plays a significant role in the differentiation, proliferation in the intestihal epithelium cells. This article reviews the previous studies of CDX2.
