摘要
公共危机事件频发于转型期的中国,新闻媒体应在危机传播与管理中坚守媒体的责任担当,发挥新闻媒体应有的贡献,新闻媒体应充分满足受众知情权;发挥议程设置功能,化解社会压力;引导大众科学分析和理性反思;在人性关怀的报道中塑造"服务至上"的形象。
During its transitional period, China is faced with constant outburst of public crisis. The news media shall fulfill its responsibility in the reporting and management of crisis. It needs to satisfy the public demand for information, relieve social stress, guide the publie to scientifically and rationally reflect on the crisis; and cultivate the image of "service first" in its humane report.
