摘要
为检测同一品种、不同批次的烟用香精产品质量是否一致,使用多种分析方法和仪器对17种品牌卷烟的62种香精进行了定性和定量分析,并结合评吸结果设计"特征组分量控指标(QCc指标)"和"总体组分量控指标(QCT指标)"对香精质量进行协同监控,建立了香精质量控制方法。在此基础上,研发了烟用香精的质控软件。该软件具有查询和自动计算香精质控指标功能,并且还可以通过逻辑判断程序,自动判断香精的质量是否合格。
To ensure stable product quality from different batches using same tobacco flavors, 62 tobacco flavors in 17 cigarette brands were analyzed, and "Quantity Controlling Index of Characteristic Compounds (QCc Index)" and "Quantity Controlling Index of Total Compounds (QcT Index)" were designed to monitor and control quality of tobacco flavor. Tobacco flavor quality control method was established and quality control software was developed. The software has functions of searching and autocalculating indexes, and can automatically determine by logical judgment if a certain tobacco flavor is of eligible quality.
