摘要 线粒体有人体的能量库之称,人体中80%的能量由线粒体生成。解偶联蛋白作为线粒体内膜质子转运蛋白,通过解偶联作用可以降低膜电势,形成质子漏,使得解偶联蛋白具有不同于其他蛋白的作用,而其中UCP2在近年的研究中倍受关注,本文将对UCP2的作用、特点与一些疾病的关系作以阐述。 The mitochondria was named the human body's of energy storehouse, in the human body 80% energies produced by the mitochondria. Uncoupling protein act as the mitochondria internal protein function, therefore UCP2 was focus in recent years by research. The paper discussed UCP2 function, Characteristic, and relations of some disease.
