摘要
党的基层组织是我们党的细胞,是率领广大党员和群众进行革命与建设,推进改革开放,落实科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会的直接组织者和实践者。改革开放30年来,我们党更加积极推进基层党组织建设,充分发挥基层党组织推动发展、服务群众、凝聚人心、促进和谐的作用,使党和群众的联系更加紧密,保障了党的整个组织体系的凝聚力和战斗力。
The grassroots organizations of the CPC are the cells of our party. On one hand, they lead the party members and the masses to carry out revolution and construction, promote the reform and opening, and implement the outlook of scientific development. On the other hand, they are the direct organizers and participants of the construction of the harmonious socialist society. Since the reform and opening 30 years ago, the party activley pushes the construction of grassroots party organizations, play full their role of pushing forward development, serving the masses, concentrating the people and promoting harmony so that our party and the masses are more closely connected and therefore, guarantee the cohesive affinity and combat effectiveness of the whole system.
