摘要
《蒙古新闻》1909年夏创刊于哈尔滨,大约出至1918年底或1919年初,因俄国爆发革命,在哈尔滨的俄人失去依靠而停刊。总共出刊约300余期。它大概是中国境内首家由外国人主办的蒙古文报纸。其出刊宗旨是通过对蒙古人进行亲俄的政治宣传,来为沙俄在远东地区的侵略政策服务。
broke out in Mongolian News was first published in Harbin in the summer of 1909 and was stopped when revolution Russia and the Russians in Harbin lost their support around the end of 1918 or the beginning of 1919. There are altogether more than 300 issues published. Mongolian News is perhaps the first Mongolian newspaper sponsored by foreigners and its publication was to serve the aggressive policies of Tsarist Russia in the Far East for pro- Russian political propaganda.
