球结膜自体干细胞移植术联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉

Autogeneic Limbal Conjunctival Steln Cells Transplantation Combined with Mitomycin Cin Treatment of Pteygium

目的：观察自体角膜缘球结膜移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法：选择我院眼科门诊2007年5月～2008年11月翼状胬肉病患284例302只眼,包括35只复发眼,施行翼状胬肉切除联合丝裂霉素C及自体角膜缘球结膜移植手术。结果：术后2周结膜植片平整愈合,角膜光滑透明,视力不同程度的提高。仅有1例术后3个月后复发。术中、术后及随访期间其他患者均未发现严重的眼部并发症。结论：施行翼状胬肉切除联合丝裂霉素C及自体角膜缘球结膜移植手术治疗翼状胬肉是一种安全有效减少翼状胬肉术后复发的治疗方法。

Objective： To obseyve the effiacary of pterygium treatment combined with mitomycin C and limbal conjunctival transplantation. Method：From May 2007 to November 2008, 302 eyes of 284 cases incuding 35 recurring eyes underwent autogeneic limhal conjunctival transplantation combined with mitomycin C. Results： After 2 weeks of surgery, the visual acuity improved in variors degree. After 3 months, 1 cases recurred. There was no serious complications occurred during operstion and follow - up duration. Conclusion： Autogeneic limbal conjunctival transplantation combined with mitomycin C is safe and effective in reducing the recurrence of pterygium.
