摘要
以建筑物内发生紧急事件时需要保护人员安全的特定应急疏散预案为应用背景,提出了利用本体知识库来存储预案信息,然后应用本体匹配技术解决了应急管理中多个部门提供各种异构信息时协同工作的问题,同时将智能传感器技术用于应急管理中支持重大决策。研究成果在大规模疏散中可以将人员和财产的损失大大减少。
Taking the special emergency evacuation plan as application background which is used to protect the personnel safety inside buildings in emergency state, we proposed that ontology knowledge plans are used to store plan information, ontology matching techniques are used to solve the problems of emergency management in different department providing heterogeneous information for concordant action,and smart sensor technology is used to support the major policy decisions in emergency management. It was shown that this research could significantly reduce the personnel and property loss in large-scale evacuation.
