摘要
将偏最小二乘法(PLS)与高效液相色谱法(HPLC)相结合,通过确定预测模型的校正集和主成分数,建立了偏最小二乘高效液相色谱法同时测定二甲苯三种同分异构体的预测模型。结果显示本实验所建立的预测方法不仅可以正确识别三种同分异构体,而且用于样品测定的相对标准偏差均保持在1.13%~1.83%范围内,回收率在90.15%~113.65%之间,表明这种方法可以用于二甲苯三种同分异构体混合物中各组分的同时测定。
A model of simultaneous determination of o-, m-and p- xylene was set up, using partial least squares and High Performance Liquid Chromatography by determining its calibration set and number of principal components. As a result, not onlythe three isomers were identified exactly, but also the RSD of the precision test was between 1.13%and 1.83%, and the recovery of the standard addition test was between 90.15% and 113.65%. It is indicated that the method was able to determine the mixture content of xylene isomers simaltaneously.
