摘要
利用《全国农产品成本收益资料汇编》和随机前沿生产函数方法,对1978-2005年中国三种主要油料作物的全要素生产率增长进行估计和分解,试图寻找其全要素生产率增长的源泉,并重点比较了三大油料作物在1978-2005年间的全要素生产率增长及其构成的表现。结果认为,实现油料生产由粗放型增长向集约型增长的转变,关键在于扩大全要素生产率对整个产出增长的贡献,具体实现路径在于同时实现前沿技术进步和技术效率增进,从而实现全要素生产率的增长。此外,提出了一系列政策建议,希冀能够对促进中国油料作物的可持续增长提供有益参考。
Based on the Comprehensive Collection of Cost and Benfit on National Farm Products and the stochastic frontier approach, we estimated and decomposed the total factor productivity growth of the main oil crops in China from 1978 to 2005, and tried to find the drive of its total factor productivity growth. We also compared the main total factor productivity growth and their components of three oil crops. In order to transfer the oil crops'extensive economic growth into intensive economic growth, the key is to enlarge the contribution of total factor productivity to the whole output growth, and a specific way is to improve technology and increase efficiency simultaneously. In addition, we proposed some policy to assist the development of oil crops in China.
