Research on the simulation of fall-plate Jacquard warp knitted fabric

研究了压纱型贾卡经编针织物的结构特征,并根据此类织物的结构特点,确定用样条曲线模拟织物结构,确定控制点的数目和位置,建立了此类织物结构的理论模型,讨论线圈结构变形规律,利用VC++进行编程,实现了此类织物快速、准确的仿真。

The characteristics of fall-plate Jacquard warp knitted fabric were studied. According to the characteristics of fall-plate Jacquard, the spline function was suggested to simulate the loop structure and determine the number and position of control points necessary for forming a loop, and the fabric structure model was established. Using VC ＋ ＋ to program,the accurate simulation of fall-plate Jacquard warp knitted fabric was realized.
