摘要
通过控制工艺条件和添加晶形控制剂的方法合成出超薄板状碳酸钙(径厚比大于10∶1),并考察了碳酸化中反应温度、石灰乳质量浓度及二氧化碳通气速率和晶形控制剂等因素对板状碳酸钙形貌的影响。确定了添加草酸为晶形控制剂制备板状碳酸钙的最佳工艺条件:氢氧化钙质量浓度为55~65g/L,二氧化碳通气量为10.0mL/min左右,温度为20℃。
Ultra-thin plate-shaped calcium carbonate with high radius-thickness ratio (more than 10:1 ) was synthesized by adding crystal control agent and controUing technical conditions. Effects of various factors, such as reaction temperature mass concentration of lime slurry, flow rate of CO2 as well as adding amount and time of crystal control agent on the morphology of plate-shaped calcium carbonate were investigated. Optimum reaction conditions with oxalic acid as crystal control agent were obtained as follows :55- 65 g/L of mass concentration of lime slurry, about 10.0 mL/min of CO2 flow rate, and 20 ℃ of reaction temperature.
