钼靶图像定位技术下乳管内隆起样病变切除术

Excision of Intraductal Lesions under the guidance of mammography image locating technology

目的评价钼靶图像定位技术对乳管内隆起样病变的定位诊断和指导微创手术的价值。方法2003年1月到2007年10月哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院乳腺外科对105例未扪及肿块乳头溢液病人行乳腺导管造影检查,钼靶图像定位方法精确定位导管内病灶,选择合适切口切除病变,将临床病理资料进行收集、整理、分析。结果105例肿瘤均完整切除,包括3例恶性行局部扩大切除,良性病变术后乳房外形无明显改变。结论钼靶图像引导下的乳管内隆起样手术切除范围小,创伤小,此方法简便易学、经济实用,有效地提高了乳管内隆起样病变的诊断和治疗效果。

It characterized easy to learn, economics, especially enhance the diagnostic and treatment of intraduactal lesions effectively.
