2-乙酰肼基苯甲酰甲酸乙酯的合成 被引量:2

Synthesis of Phenylglyoxylic Acid Ethyl Ester 2-Acetylhydrazones

摘要 苯甲酰腈在酸酐类催化剂作用下,经水解、酯化得到苯甲酰甲酸乙酯,然后在对甲苯磺酸催化作用下,与乙酰肼反应得到2-乙酰肼基苯甲酰甲酸乙酯,反应总收率为76.09%(以苯甲酰腈计),含量为99.34%,其结构经红外和核磁氢谱分析确证。 Phenylglyoxylic acid ethyl ester was got via hydrolysis and esterification from berLzoyl nitrile in existence of anhydride. Then it was reacted with acetylhydrazine to synthesize phenylglyoxylic acid methyl ester 2-acetylhydrazones in existence of p-toluenesulfonic acid. Finally, its yield (base on benzoyl nitrile) was 76.09%, the purity was 99.34 %, and the structure was confirmed by IR and ^1H NMR.
