摘要
采用湿式超微粉碎加工工艺,以悬浮率(≥90%)、筛析、热贮[(54±2)℃、14d]稳定性为标准,通过对不同润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂的筛选,得到了20%虫酰肼·甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐悬浮剂的最佳制剂配方为虫酰肼19%,甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐1%,农乳500#1%,宁乳34#4%,NNO0.9%,凸凹棒土1%,乙二醇5%,黄原胶0.1%,消泡剂0.2%,水补足至100%。产品悬浮率≥90%,分散性良好,热贮稳定性合格。
The formulation of tebufenozide.emamectin benzoate 20% SC was developed with the method of wet milling, according to the standard of suspension rate(≥90%), screen analysis, dispersity, heat storage stability[(54±2) ℃, 14 d]. The formulation was optimized with main adjuvants such as wetting-dispersing agent, anti-freeze agent, thicking agent and etc. The receipt was composed of tebufenozide(19%), emamectin benzoate(l%), dispersing agent(1.9%), emulsifier(5%), thicking agent(0.1%), antifreeze agent(5%), defoamer(0.2%). It was founded that its physical and chemical properties were not changed significantly after the formulation was stored under cold and thawing conditions respectively and that the suspension rate was over 90%.
