50%甲硫·咪鲜胺可湿性粉剂的高效液相色谱分析

Analysis of Thiophanate-methyl and Prochloraz 50% WP by HPLC

建立了在同一色谱条件下测定混剂中甲基硫菌灵和咪鲜胺含量的方法。采用Inertsil ODS-3柱分离,以甲醇-水(体积比79∶21)为流动相,在230nm紫外检测波长下,经保留时间定性确证,峰面积外标法进行定量分析。结果表明:甲基硫菌灵与咪鲜胺的线性相关系数分别为0.9997和0.9999;变异系数分别为0.24%和0.48%;平均回收率分别为99.35%和99.33%。

A HPLC method for the determination of thiophanate-methyl and prochloraz WP was developed. The HPLC conditions were Inertsil ODS-3 column, methanol-water （79：21, by vol） as mobile phase, and detection wave length at 230 nm. The results demonstrated that the correlation coefficients of thiophanate-methyl and prochloraz were 0.999 7 and 0.9999. The variation coefficients were 0.24 and 0.48%. The average recoveries were 99.35 and 99.33%.
