妇科肿瘤术后血液淤滞、高凝状态是深静脉血栓(DVT)和肺栓塞(PE)形成的主要原因。影像学检查在DVT和PE的诊断上占有重要地位。抗凝治疗是DVT和PE的主要治疗方法。

Abstract：Prevention of deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary thromboembolism is directed toward im- proving venous blood flow and reducing hypercoagulability. Imaging diagnosis is the most important di- agnostic method. Anticoagulant therapy with herapin followed by an oral anticoagulant is the primary treatment for most patients.
