200例直肠脱垂手术治疗分析

An Analysis on the Treatment of 200 Cases of Rectal Prolapse

目的探讨不同程度直肠脱垂的手术方法及效果。方法回顾性总结2003年～2007年收治的200例直肠脱垂病人的手术方法、疗效及并发症。术后随访1年～5年。结果经一次手术治疗,治愈率89.5%,总有效率100%。结论吻合器直肠黏膜环切术及经肛门直肠粘膜固定术疗效确切,复发率低。

Objective To investigate the operative method and clinical effect in treating rectal prolapse in different degrees. Methods We reweweo the curative effects, operation methods, and complications of 200 patients with rectal prolapse. After the operation, we followed up them for the for 1 - 5 years. Results The cure rate after one operation is 89.5%. And the effective and hemorrhoids （PPH） and the fixation of Rectal Mucosa via anus is a promising lapse. rate of treatment is 100%. Conclusion The procedure for prolapse method for rectal prolapse with good therapeutic effect and less relapse.
