摘要 结合大型生活垃圾焚烧电厂的实际工程,介绍了垃圾焚烧炉的基本工艺流程,指出焚烧温度、搅拌混合程度、气体停留时间和过剩空气率等参数对燃烧效率和燃烧污染物排放的影响。详细阐述了垃圾焚烧炉在燃烧过程中不同的运行阶段分别采用炉膛温度控制和蒸汽流量控制,并且将间隔采样控制的思想引入到给料机转速控制和风箱挡板和氧量控制中,通过调整给料机在一定时间内运行时间来调整给料机转速,通过采样烟气含氧量来校正风箱挡板开度输出。试验结果验证了控制方法的有效性。 Based on a real large incineration power plant, the working procedures of waste incinerator are introduced and the influence of process parameters,such as incineration temperature,blend degree,gas holding time and excess air ratio,on the combustion efficiency and pollutant emission are discussed. The furnace temperature control and the steam flow control are used in different working phases respectively and the interval sampling control is used in feeder speed control and orifice damper control. The feeder speed is adjusted by the running time and the jaw opening of orifice damper is regulated by the sampled oxygen content of flue-gas. Test results show the validity of presented control methods.
