消白颗粒联合卤米松治疗白癜风疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Xiaobai Granules with Halometasone in the Treatment of Vitiligo

目的探讨消白颗粒治疗白癜风疗效及安全性。方法采用随机单盲对照(1:1)试验方法将150例患者分为两组。治疗组口服消白颗粒,外涂卤米松乳膏;对照组仅外涂卤米松乳膏,根据皮损、照射时间来评价疗效。结果治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,两组疗效差异有显著性。结论消白颗粒治疗白癜风安全有效,不良反应小。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Xiaobai granules in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods 150 patients were divided into two groups by randomized single blind controlled method. The therapeutic group took Xi- aobai granules orally, and applied Halometasone externally. The control group only used Halometasone externally. The efficacy was evaluated according to skin damage and irradiation time. Results The effective rate of the therapeutic group was obviously higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant. Conclusion Xiaobai granules is safe and effective in treating vitiligo with fewer adverse reactions.
