摘要 纳洛酮是一种人工合成的特异性阿片受体拮抗剂,主要用于拮抗吗啡摄入过量治疗,临床应用过程中逐渐发现,它在呼吸系统、循环系统、神经系统、消化系统及心肺复苏、急性中毒的抢救中也有一定的作用,研究证实,纳洛酮可有效地抑制β内啡肽效应,解除β内啡肽对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者呼吸中枢的抑制,兴奋呼吸,与传统的呼吸兴奋剂相比有经济、安全及不良反应小的优点。 Naloxone is a specific synthetic opioid receptor antagonist, mainly being used for the treatment of excessive intake of morphine, the clinical application gradually proves its role in the respiratory system mainly,circulatory system,nervous system,digestive system and eardiopulmonary resuscitation,acute poisoning in the rescue. Research confirmed that naloxone can effectively curb beta-endorphin(β-EP) effect. The lifting of β-EP in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure in patients with respiratory center in hibition, excite breathing. Compared with the traditional respiratory stimulants, naloxone is economic, safe, and has fewer side effects.
