从伦理学的角度看,《图书馆服务宣言》至少有三个方面的深刻含义:平等开放是图书馆服务的首要价值标准,而平等开放的实现是以民主为前提的;以人为本是图书馆服务的根本要求,因为人文关怀反映着社会的整体和谐程度;信息资源共建共享是图书馆服务的最高伦理准则,体现了建设现代图书馆的实践过程和最终结果的统一。

The Manifesto of Libraries Service, from the angle of ethnics, has deep meanings from three aspects at least. Equality and open policy is the first value standard. The realization of the policy relies on the democracy. Human-Oriented is the basic requirement of libraries service because it reflects the whole harmonious degree of the society. The joint construction and sharing of information resources is the highest standard of the libraries service which embodies the unique between practice process and final result of establishing modem libraries.
