Emphasizing the Construction of Rural Libraries to Improve the Rural Culture Service System

论文从我国乡镇图书馆的现状出发,剖析了乡镇图书馆滑坡的主要原因。提出了发展乡镇图书馆的对策:法律上确定乡镇图书馆的地位;将乡镇图书馆建设列入乡镇政府考核内容,加强创优评选;尝试以分馆制为主的多种发展模式。

This paper analyzes the main reasons on the slide of township libraries from the current status of our country＇s libraries in towns. It proposes the solution method of developing the libraries in towns, that is, to ensure their position in legislation; to list the construction of libraries in towns as a content to assess the town governmental work; to enhance the selection in achievements; and to try to develop in different patterns orientated by systems of branches.
