图书馆员的职业情感是图书馆员对图书馆职业的态度的体验。正确积极、深刻坚定而具有转化力的职业情感对馆员自身和图书馆职业的发展都具有重要意义。馆员职业情感的核心内容主要表现为爱书、爱读者、爱工作,三者相辅相成,缺一不可,成为图书馆职业可持续发展的不竭源泉。

The librarian＇s professional emotions are the experience of his attitude to the library profession. The professional emotions, which are correct, positive, deep, firm and realizable, are very important for the development of librarian himself and the library profession. The core contents of the librarian＇s professional emotions are embodied in the Three Loves, namely love for books, love for readers and love for work. The three ones, which supplement each other and are indispensable, become unending sources of the library profession＇s sustainable development.
