Exploring Development of Service Mode of Medical Libraries under Network Environment

随着网络化技术的发展,医学图书馆的信息服务模式也在进行着不断的转变。本文分析了医学图书馆的多元化发展趋势:医学图书馆馆藏媒介的多元化、医学图书馆读者信息需求的多元化、医学图书馆信息服务方式的多元化,探讨了在运用新的技术手段和技术方法下医学图书馆服务模式的演变及新模式下的图书馆人员结构问题。

With the development of network technology, the information service mode of medical libraries is accordingly under- going constant change. This article analyses the pluralistic trend of development of medical libraries： pluralistic growth of medical library stored media, readers＇ information requirement, and modes of information service; and it explores the development of medical library＇s service mode by utilizing new technological means and methods as well as the issue of library personnel structure under the new mode.
