摘要 超声造影(Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography,CUES)成为目前超声领域中前沿的跨学科研究重点,随着超声造影剂、超声造影技术发展迅速,超声造影为肝脏疾病的超声评价提供了全新的手段。大量研究表明,CEUS在肝脏方面的临床应用最为成功,其在肝脏占位性病变的诊断、鉴别诊断和肿瘤非手术治疗中及治疗后疗效的观察等方面的优越性越来越为人们所肯定。 Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography( CUES )became the focal point of interdisciplinary in the domain of Ultrasonogra- phy. As the contrast agents and the technological grew quickly. CUES supplied a new means for evaluating the disease of Hepatic. Amount of research showed that CEUS in the liver area of clinical application of the most successful, and its space-occupying lesions in the liver of the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and tumor non-surgical treatment and after treatment to observe efficacy of the superiority of the areas which are recognized by more and more people.
