摘要
微小RNA(microRNAs,miRNAs)是一类含有约22个核苷酸的内源性非编码RNAs,通过与靶基因mRNA的3′端非翻译区(3′untranslated region,3′UTR)不完全性互补配对,介导转录后基因调控。miRNAs在人类肿瘤的发生和发展中扮演重要角色,发挥着癌基因或抑癌基因的作用。miRNAs可以作为肿瘤的生物标记和诊断工具,将成为新一代的抗肿瘤治疗的靶点。
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous noncoding RNAs, about 22 nucleotides in length, which mediate the post-transcriptional gene modulation by annealing to incomplete complementary sequences in the 3' untranslated regions of target mRNAs. MicroRNAs play important roles in the occur-rence and development of human tumor, and act as either tumor suppressors or oncogenes. They can be used as diagnostic markers of tumor and will become the new anti-cancer therapeutic targets in the future.
