摘要 p66Shc是调控氧化应激和生命周期的关键蛋白。在氧化应激信号的刺激下,p66Shc在线粒体内氧化细胞色素C产生大量活性氧,造成细胞的氧化损伤。最新的研究表明,p66Shc可能在衰老及衰老相关的疾病如糖尿病中扮演关键的角色。本文简要综述p66Shc的结构、功能、相关的信号通路及其在糖尿病领域的最新研究进展。 The p66Shc adaptor protein controls cellular oxidative stress responses and life span. It oxidizes cytochrome C and generates reactive oxygen species (ROS) within mitochondria in response to oxidative stress. Recently, there is growing evidence suggests that p66Shc is involved in aging and aging- related disease, such as diabetes mellitus. The present review will focus on our current knowledge of the structure and function of p66Shc, and its role in diabetes mellitus.
