摘要
以乙醇为提取剂,在微波条件下从梭子蟹壳中提取红色素。通过单因素和正交试验得到最优工艺条件:粒度80目,乙醇浓度50%,液料比15:1,微波功率300W,提取时间140s,提取次数1次。此条件下产品得率为15.97%,色价为7.9。
For the extraction of ethanol, the red pigment was extracted from portunid carapace by microwave - assisted technique. On the basis of single and orthogonal test, it was shown that the optimal technological parameters were: particle sizes 80 mesh, ethanol concentration 50 %, ratio of liquid to solid 15 : 1, microwave output power 300 W, extraction time 140 s,extraction for one time. At this condition, the yield of red pigment reached 15.97 %,color scale was 7.9.
