摘要 转基因食品给人类带来丰富的食品与巨大的经济效益,其安全与营养性问题引起人们广泛关注。对近十年来国内外转基因食品的营养学评价的概况及进展作一综述。 Genetically modified food (GMF)brings about rich food and gigantic economic effect for people. The safety and nutrition problems of GMF are concerned by people. This paper summarizes the general situation about nutritional evaluation of GMF in China and abroad in the past decade.
