摘要
对α-葡萄糖苷酶的主要性质以及当前已知的该酶的提取、纯化、活性测定方法及其应用进行综述,以便对其今后的研究提供方便。
The current research on α-glucosidase were reviewed from five aspects of charactes, extracted, purified, activity assay and application. The purpose is to give some references to discuss the trend of development and oriention in this field for developing further research.
