姬松茸是一种极具研究及开发价值的食用菌,概述姬松茸国内外研究现状,认为深入研究姬松茸活性成分及作用机理、应用新技术,从而开发出新型姬松茸产品将是未来研究方向。
In this paper thecurrent status of research on Agaricus blazei Murill. were introduced. It was discussed that active ingredient in Agaricus blazei Murill and its mechanism of action, apply new techniques, new product development is research directions in future.
