多工况载荷作用下的桥式起重机双梁结构内力分析方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 为更方便的研究桥式起重机在任意载荷作用下金属结构的变形及内力情况,本文对通用的双梁桥式起重机进行了研究。建立桥架结构模型,用力法提供了其在任意位置、任意截面、任意大小载荷作用下的内力通用表达式,将其用VC++程序编写成简单的计算软件。主要通过输入桥架的基本参数数据,来得到所需截面的内力和其对应的应力值,进而可确定其应力分布,并用有限元法进行验证,可有效地预测结构的可靠度。 In order to research the deformation and internal force of the bridge crane under any random load, this paper makes research on the general purpose bridge crane with double beams. Structure model of the bridge girder is established, and by means of the force method, general expression of the internal force for the bridge girder has been presented, when it is at any random positions and sections, and under any random load. And this general expression is programmed into the calculation software by means of VC + + program. By means of entering the basic parameters of the bridge girder into the computer, the internal force of required sections and its corresponding stress value can be obtained. Furthermore, its stress distribution can be obtained, and can be verified by the finite element method, which can effectively predict the reliability of the structure.
