我院外科患者围手术期抗菌药物应用分析

Analysis on utilization of antibacterial drug in perioperative period of patients undergoing surgery

目的评价我院外科围手术抗菌药物的应用情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对我院2007年8月-2008年7月外科患者围手术出院病历资料进行统计、分析。结果该院外科围手术抗菌药物的预防应用率达100.0%,选用广谱抗菌药物不当,联用率高,初次给药时机不当及用药持续时间过长。结论该院外科围手术抗菌药物的预防应用存在不合理性,需加强抗菌药物的使用管理。

Objective To evaluate the periopertive untilization of antibacterial drugs in patients undergoing surgical so as to provide information for clinical rational utilization antibacterial drugs. Methods In this retropective study , the perio- pertive untilization of antibacterial drug in patients who underwent during August 2007 and July 2008 were analyzed statistical- ly. Results 100.0% of the patients received antibacterial drugs preventively,irrational application of broad-spectrum antibac- terials, The rate of comblined use of antibacterial drugs is higher, inappropriate time of initial administration and prolonged drug use etc. Conclusion The perioperative use of antibacterial drugs in patients undergoing surgical in our hospital is far from rational. The supervision on rational drug use should be strengthened.
