试析喹诺酮类抗菌药物的不良反应

Analysis of adverse drug reaction of quinolone

目的分析喹诺酮类抗菌药物的不良反应(ADR)。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,对文献报道的736例喹诺酮类抗菌药物不良反应样本案例进行统计分析。结果736例中,神经系统损害最多,其次是光毒性、消化系统损害、心血管系统损害等;多数ADR可治愈并对原患疾病无影响。结论老年人及特殊人群应慎重选择使用喹诺酮类药物;慎重选用静脉滴注给药方法。

Objective To make an analysis of quinolone adverse drug reaction （ADR）. Methods Retrospective analysis of 736 eases reported in the literature about quinolone adverse drug reaction was made. Results Of the sample eases, damage of the nervous system was the most, followed by light toxicity, damage to the digestive system, cardiovascular system damage ; the majority of ADR incurable disease and had no effect on the original. Conclusion The elderly and special populations should be carefully chosen to use quinolones： carefully chosen method of intravenous administration.
