摘要
目的观察中医药改善HIV感染者及艾滋病患者症状体征和血CD4细胞水平变化。方法将94例患者分为中药组(56例)和中西药组(38例)2组,比较用药前和用药3、6、9、12个月后患者症状体征和血CD4细胞变化。结果2组症状积分均值及其他积分均值,治疗后均较治疗前有所改善。中药组、中西药组12个月后总积分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药组和中西药组都能够提高患者CD4细胞水平。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect in patients with HIV/AIDS treated with integrated modern medicine and TCM. Methods 94 cases with HIV/AIDS were randomly divided into two groups：Chinese herbs group（n =56） and Western and Chinese medicines group（ n = 38）. The improvement of symptoms and CD4 count were compared after and before treatments. Results After the treatment of 12 months, the symptom integral and CD4 count were improved in the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Tile treatment of integratod modern medicine and TCM can obviously improve the symptoms and raise CD4 count.
