多样性芯片遗传标记技术及应用

摘要 多样性芯片技术(DArT)是近年新发展起来的一种遗传标记技术,具有高通量和低成本的显著特点,克服了以往以跑电泳凝胶为主的标记技术产量低以及成本高、耗时长、自动化程度低以及依赖核酸序列信息等缺点,是一种比较理想的遗传标记技术。对该技术的技术原理及主要操作、技术特点和应用做了较详细的分析。 Diversity Arrays Technology (DART) is a recently-developed genetic marker technology. It has the advantages of high throughput and low cost, and it overcomes the disadvantages of the common gel-based assays technology, i.e. low throughput, high cost, time-consuming, low automation and based on nucleotide information. The principle, manipulations, technical features and application of DArT were analyzed in more detail.
