摘要
地震灾害损失现场评估软件系统 (EDLES1 .0 )是为了配合国家地震局于 1 997年颁布的《地震灾害损失评估规定 (试行 )》2 促进地震现场评估工作的标准化、快速灵活 ,同时满足行业管理部门、地方行政部门和实际调查工作人员的不同使用要求而专门编制的 WINDOWS环境下的计算机软件系统。介绍该系统的基本设计思想。
The Computer-aided System for Earthquake Disaster Loss Estimation( EDLES1 .0 ) is designed according to the Stipulation for Earthquake Disaster Losses Estimation issued by the State Seismological Bureau in1 997.The system is run on WINDOWSenvironment and can facilitate the normalization of the on-the-spotestimation activity.Itis flexible for various cases ofthe field worksand expected to satisfy the differentkinds ofdemands from the governments,the local departments orthe estimators. The basic system specification, constitution as well as main functions are introduced in the paper.
