β-酪蛋白调控的外源基因的乳腺特异性表达

Beta-casein regulating mammary gland specific expression of exogenous genes

摘要 利用转基因动物的乳腺作为生物反应器来生产重组蛋白,可以获得大量易于纯化、具有天然活性的药用蛋白质。β-酪蛋白是乳汁中表达活性最强的一种乳蛋白,因此乳腺反应器中所应用的乳蛋白启动子和调控区,以β-酪蛋白最为常见。本文简单综述了β-酪蛋白调控的外源基因乳腺特异性表达的研究近况。 Using transgenic animals as a bioreactor to produce recombinant protein, a large number of easy-to-be purified and with the activity of natural medicinal proteins can be acquired. β-casein is a kind of milk protein possessing the strongest expression activity in milk, so [3-casein is the most common in the application of the milk protein promoter and the control region of mammary gland bioreactor. This article will review the recent studies on β-casein regulatory mammary gland specific expression of exogenous genes.
