摘要
随着大电导钙激活钾离子通道(large-conductance calcium-activated potassium channels,BKCa)的发现、结构解析及电压、Ca2+和力敏感等门控特性的不断被发现,BKCa通道的非正常表达和电功能紊乱对心血管疾病发病所起的重要作用也逐步地显现。与此同时,对BKCa通道门控调节机制和BKCa通道的阻断剂和激活剂的研究也为以BKCa通道为靶点的心血管疾病的临床治疗提供了一些理论依据。本文简要地介绍了BKCa通道及其与心血管病关系的研究进展。
With the discovery of the properties (such as voltage-, calcium and stretch-sensitive)of large-conductance calcium- dependent potassium channels (BKca) and their structural analysis, it has gradually emerged that abnormal expression and electric dysfunction of BKc~ channels play an important role on cardiovascular diseases. At the same time, researches of the gated mechanism of BKca channels and the blockers and activators of BKca channels have provided some theoretical basis for the clinical treatment for BKca channels targeted cardiovascular diseases. This review mainly introduces the research progress of BKca channels and cardiovascular diseases related to BKca channels.
