摘要
提出了一种新的颗粒增强复合材料真实结构有限元建模方法.对于给定的钨合金扫描电镜照片以及混凝土照片进行复杂图形的边缘提取,进而将该图像矢量化.将矢量化后的文件导入动力分析有限元软件进行有限元建模,对混凝土在压缩载荷作用下的破坏过程进行了数值仿真.研究结果表明,该方法可以避免人为建立有限元模型所带来的误差,从而更好地模拟复合材料在不同载荷作用下的力学性能.
A new technique for modeling a real structure of particle reinforced composites is proposed. Complex boundaries of the tungsten alloy SEM photos and concrete photos are fixed and extracted. Then, these figures are transformed into vector-graphs and imported into finite element(FE) program. The FE models of tungsten alloys and concrete are established using a similar method. The fracture process of concrete under compression load is investigated. This new technique for FE model can avoid errors caused by the artificial FE model. The method can thus be used to simulate the mechanical properties of particle reinforced composites under different loads.
